I can't believe there's only two more weeks of school! Time is flying by!

This last weekend was FUN! I did not a lick of homework, went to the beach twice, and had a Dodgers game on Sunday! So yes, I'm paying the price this week with lots of work to do but it was so worth it!

The Dodgers game was my first pro baseball game and I had a great time! They played the Padres and lost 1-0, but we still had fun. My friends made fun of me for knowing absolutely nothing about baseball... including which ones the Dodgers were! Ha... but it was all in love :)

The beach days were fun too. Friday we had a big all girl's beach day at Laguna Beach. There were lots of dolphins in the water so that was fun to watch. Then Saturday I met up with some wonderful friends from Sacramento at Hunnington Beach who were doing a little road trip. I was there with them a couple hours then we all went to BJs for dinner. It was a great time having out with them, and especially seeing Sarah :)

If you didn't know, Sarah's brother Kyle was in a motorcycle accident and broke his ankle, femur, hip and writst (and I think some ribs too). He had no brain or spine damage with is AMAZING! So please keep him in your prayers! He was going to be getting married in June and that will probably have to be postponed.

Birthday Bliss!!!

Lots of birthdays this week!!!

My friend Kalie's birthday was celebrated Sunday night at the Cheesecake Factory :) SO fun!! Monday was filled with celebrating her. Tuesday was my roommate Kylie's birthday which included a 6am Doughnut Man run, yesterday was Josh and Nathan's birthday and today is my other roommate Becca's!!! Tonight we're all going out to BJ's for a Pizookie (giant cookie and ice cream) so that will be fun :)

Life is well! School's starting to wrap up and finals are becoming a reality. Only two more big papers I think, a few more assignments, studying, and packing for HOME!!!! I'm looking forward to summer but it's sad leaving friends here for 4 months. Hopefully I can make a mid-summer trip to Arizona/Oregon to see Elli and Kalie. We'll see :) :)

Hello :) It's been way long since I've updated last. Lots has happened these last few weeks! I had spring break and went to Indiana to visit Devin and Lauren and those great friends out there. Afterwards I came back home and spent the remainder of my week there. I definitely wished I could have been home a week longer!! I felt like I didn't get as much time as I wanted to with the fam.

Evie is seriously the cutest thing in the WORLD! Brooke even thinks she's getting her first tooth. YEY! I love getting the videos Brooke will send me of her laughing and cooing. Now when Brooke and I talk on the phone I get to talk to Evie too and she jabbers back at me. SO great :)

I have about four weeks of school left. My last final is on May 1st so I expect to be home that weekend. Mom and Dad are driving down to move me out. School's going well. I'm mentally done, so having to still write papers and study is becoming harder. Almost done though:)

Lauren's wedding is quickly approaching! It's next month! Woo hoo!! I'm so excited about the business and craziness and wonderfulness that will bring when I get home. From showers to the big day... can't wait!!! :)

Hello people!

It's March! Wow! This semester has flown by. Pretty soon it's going to be Christmas again! My goodness...

Last weekend I went home for the weekend for Mom's Birthday and Lauren's Bridal Shower! it was SO fun!! Lauren looked so beautiful and got so many wonderful things. It was funny because I've never had a close friend besides Brooke get married and it felt like a girl's get together rather than Lauren's bridal shower! And on Sunday we got to go out for Mom's birthday to Jacks and as usual, ate until we were stuffed!!

This weekend I actually stayed at school for a change! It was hard because most all of my friends went to Arizona to my friend Kalie's house for the weekend so the hall was quiet! I went to Nationals on Friday morning and got to see my old dance team perform. It was so great to see the girls again :) It took me a half hour to get there and an hour and a half to get back. Urrrr LA traffic!! That night I went to Cheesecake Factory with Megan and her good friend Bethany. It was so great to hang out with them, and eat on my food the next three days!

Saturday Megan and I hung out with Kelly in the morning and took her out to breakfast. She was kind enough to treat us :) I took a nap and then got ready for the David Crowder Band concert! He played at our school. It was an amazing show!!! I went with my friend Jeremy from work and his little sister. He'd never been to a concert so that was fun :)

My weeks are pretty uneventful. School, hang out, homework, sleep... not much to report there!!

Portland weekend :)

So, my friend Kalie's dad is a pilot for Southwest. Why am I telling you this you ask? Because that means Kalie can fly free with two friends. So Elli, Kalie and myself decided to go to Portland (Elli's home) for the weekend!

I don't know if you have been to Portland before, but it's BEAUTIFUL!!! We had a wonderful time relaxing, taking pictures, and talking. Plus, Elli's family has wonderful food. So that was a bonus :)

This week is intense for me. I have a 7 page paper due on Thursday in my Luke/Acts class, a 3 page on on Wednesday, and a midterm to study for that's on next Monday night. Plus, I'll be home this weekend for Lauren's Bridal Shower on Saturday and Mom's birthday on Sunday!!

Must go read!

February = Spring?

Well I guess February comes early in LA! It's spring! Here are some pictures of this weekend. Classes are going great. Not too much homework besides reading, but my classes are starting to pick up pace. I'm going home this weekend so I'm excited about that! Have a great week everyone!
